Xu Peng has served as chairman of BTC Digital's board since December 2023. He previously led Hailuoda International Consulting Services, an overseas trade and investment promotion company in Hainan, and Ziyou Emotional Intelligence Education Consulting. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Beijing Union University.

Alan Peng holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, corporate management, resource integration and capital operations, and is leading BTC Digital's strategic transformation from digital-asset computing toward an international AI infrastructure platform.

Edward Xie has served in senior investment, venture-capital, industrial management and risk-control roles. He began his career as a lawyer and holds a bachelor's degree in law from Xiangtan University, as well as lawyer and fund qualification certificates, with extensive experience across corporate governance and strategic investment decisions.

Ye Ren has served as an independent director since June 2022. Her experience spans public-company finance, accounting, internal control and regulatory compliance, including service as CFO of CN Energy Group. She holds a bachelor's degree from George Fox University and a master's degree in accountancy from the University of South Carolina.

Yuejun Jiang has served as an independent director since May 2023. He founded Enotek Technology Group, a provider of industrial logistics solutions, and serves as its chairman. He holds a law degree and an Executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He brings extensive executive leadership experience.
